Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Audiograil website and the purchase of products from helsington s.r.o., located at Zimná 1152/5, 04001 Košice, Slovakia. Contact email: helsington@helsington.com. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Warranty

  • Audiograil loudspeakers and related products are sold internationally.

  • All products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered on all purchases, provided the product is returned undamaged in its original packaging. The customer covers the return shipping costs.

  • Exclusions from warranty: Ribbon tweeters and other tweeters are fragile; damage caused by misuse (e.g., vacuum cleaner) is the customer's responsibility and will not be covered. Similarly, blown drivers or crossover components due to overdriving the loudspeakers are not covered.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Accepted payment method: PayPal.

  • All prices listed include VAT.

  • Invoices are delivered electronically after purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Customized orders ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on the customization.

  • Stock products ship within one week.

  • Shipping carriers (typically GLS or UPS) are chosen based on the destination.

  • Tracking codes are provided when available from the carrier.

  • Shipping is available to Europe, USA, and UK.

  • Customs duties are covered by helsington s.r.o.

  • Express shipping is not available.

  • All packages are insured.

5. User Accounts and Website Use

  • Customers can place orders as guests or create an account.

  • Only individual orders are fulfilled (no business orders).

  • A GDPR banner is implemented on the website to inform users of data usage.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

  • helsington s.r.o. does not own the copyright or trademark for the Audiograil brand.

  • All website content (images, descriptions, etc.) is for informational purposes only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

  • Inappropriate comments on the website will be removed by a moderator.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • helsington s.r.o. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, shipping delays, or third-party issues.

  • The company is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products, including damage to fragile components due to mishandling.

  • A force majeure clause applies: helsington s.r.o. is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • These terms may be updated.

  • Registered users and customers who provided their email address will be notified of changes.

  • New terms apply only to future orders; orders already fulfilled follow the terms valid at the time of purchase.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Disputes will be governed by Slovak law in Slovak courts, unless overruled by European Law in the EU.

  • Mediation is the preferred method of dispute resolution before legal action is taken.

  • helsington s.r.o. complies with EU law, including the Consumer Rights Directive.
